Walaupun jangkahayat fizikal DVD itu sendiri tidak kekal selamanya, tapi dengan format digital, ia boleh disalin lagi atau disimpan secara digital dengan mudah ke pelbagai media termasuk di dalam komputer anda.
Kualiti salinan digital pula 100% sama seperti asal, walau berapa kali ia disalin semula. Salinan digital juga tidak memerlukan kos yang tinggi.
Tambahan pula DVD boleh dimainkan di mana-mana sahaja. Oleh itu, rakaman tersebut boleh dikongsi bersama, atau diberikan sebagai cenderahati kepada saudara-mara dan sahabat handai.
• Kadar di atas meliputi khidmat video convert ke DVD dan slim jewel case (1 set master copy). Ia tidak termasuk aksesori pilihan seperti disc label, dan juga khidmat tambahan seperti mencuci tape VHS.
• Tape yang diterima termasuk jenis VHS, VHS-C, S-VHS-C, Video8, Hi8,Digital8 dan MiniDV. Selain MiniDV, semua jenis tape di atas boleh diterima juga samada rakaman dalam format PAL atau NTSC.
• Media yang diterima termasuk CD, DVD, USB thumbdrive, hard disk drive (HDD), camcorder HDD dan kad memori seperti MMC, SD, microSD, dsb.
• Bagaimanapun, untuk media selain tape seperti kad memori, DVD, dsb, had rakaman bagi setiap media ialah 2 jam 30 min, untuk kadar yang sama (sila rujuk jadual di sebelah kanan).
• Sekiranya tape/media hanya mempunyai rakaman yang terlalu pendek,dan terdapat beberapa keping tape/media yang ingin dimuatkan di dalam satu CD/DVD, biasanya kadar penuh tidak akan dikenakan untuk setiap tape/media. Sebaliknya, kami akan menggunakan budi bicara untuk mengira kos yang lebih berpatutan. Kos yang berkenaan akan dimaklum kepada pelanggan sebelum pesanan disiapkan.
• Namun, sekiranya ingin mengasingkan rakaman dari satu tape/media ke beberapa CD/DVD, caj tambahan akan dikenakan.
• Semua tape/media yang dihantar mesti berada dalam keadaan baik (good working condition). Apapun, tape VHS/VHS-C yang sudah berkulat atau putus boleh dicuci atau dibaiki dahulu sebelum convert secara percuma.

Jangan bimbang, kebanyakan tape yang sudah diselaputi kulat masih boleh diselamatkan. Namun, jangan jadikan ia alasan untuk berlengah, kerana lebih lama ia dibiarkan berkulat, bermakna lebih tinggi kebarangkalian untuk video itu rosak terus.

Berapakah lamanya masa yang diambil untuk proses Video tape convert to DVD ?

Jawapan: Proses Video tape convert to DVD yang digunakan di sini menggunakan peralatan profesional. Tidak dinafikan proses yang sama boleh juga dibuat oleh individu hanya menggunakan software dan capture card gred konsumer. Walaubagaimanapun, kualiti video convert menggunakan cara ini tidak menghasilkan kualiti yang baik.
Apa bezanya VCD dan DVD selain harganya?
Jawapan: Perbezaan yang paling ketara di antara dua format ini ialah saiz video frame. Untuk format PAL, saiz VCD ialah 352×288 manakala DVD ialah 720×576. Jika dilihat kepada perbezaan saiz ini, DVD adalah 2 kali ganda besar dari VCD. Ini bermakna DVD adalah 2 kali ganda lebih jelas dari VCD. Tambahan pula saiz frame yang digunakan di TV (Standard Video) ialah saiz yang sama dengan DVD iaitu 720×576. Sekiranya saiz input lebih kecil, setiap pixel akan dibesarkan dengan ratio yang sesuai untuk tontonan di TV. Contohnya, saiz horizontal VCD 352 akan dibesarkan lebihkurang 2 kali ganda kepada 720 di TV dan ini menyumbangkan kepada masalah artefact, iaitu gambar seakan pecah-pecah. Kesimpulannya, dengan format DVD gambar video dijamin sama seperti asal, manakala dengan format VCD gambar video akan sedikit kabur (blur).
Kenapa DVD yang saya buat tidak dapat dimainkan di dalam DVD player saya?
Jawapan: Semua proses video convert menggunakan recordable media seperti CD-R, DVD-R dan DVD+R. Walaupun kebanyakan model VCD dan DVD player di pasaran tidak mempunyai masalah memainkan media-media ini, terdapat juga model-model lama yang tidak dapat berfungsi dengan baik (video dimainkan tersangkut-sangkut) atau tidak berfungsi langsung apabila dimuatkan dengan recordable media seperti CD-R atau DVD-R. Tiada jaminan semua player boleh memainkan recordable media. Sekiranya pemain anda ada masalah memainkan media-media ini, kami cadangkan anda beli pemain VCD atau DVD yang baru atau tonton VCD/DVD di PC.
Tapi saya tidak pula mempunyai masalah menonton DVD yang saya beli di pasar malam?
Jawapan: DVD atau VCD yang anda beli itu bukan dicetak sekeping hanya untuk anda sahaja, ianya dicetak di kilang dengan kuantiti yang banyak. Dengan volume yang besar, sesuatu produk VCD atau DVD itu dicetak menggunakan proses replication, bukan menggunakan recordable media. Setiap pemain VCD dan DVD memang dicipta untuk memainkan media-media jenis ini tetapi tidak semua (terutamanya model lama) boleh memainkan recordable media.
Saya dah buat video tape convert to DVD. Setahu saya DVD adalah format digital dan kualitinya sangat cantik, tetapi kenapa DVD yang saya buat kualiti gambarnya kurang memuaskan?
